Stacy's journey to becoming an ADHD Life Coach is a culmination of her lifelong passion for helping others grow. With over 30 years dedicated to developing individuals as an elementary school teacher and a personal trainer, Stacy brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her coaching practice.
Hi, I’m Stacy! I have a passion for helping to develop people and have been doing so for over twenty-five years through being a K-8 classroom teacher, a self-employed Personal Trainer, a salesperson, and now a Life Coach. I am a lover of learning and self-development and love to share what I learn with those around me. While I am based in New Orleans and can see clients in-person here, I do a lot of coaching virtually and find that it is just as effective (only you don’t get to partake of the snacks in my office – sorry!) As a classroom teacher, I was able to see the way that ADHD affects children through their life skills and learning. My “why” is to help to change the story that young people and adults who have ADHD tell themselves. Together, you will learn to leverage your ADHD and find the positives!
Whether you're navigating personal, professional, or academic life, Stacy provides a confidential and supportive space to understand your ADHD and develop personalized strategies. Coaching is essentially having someone help you get “unstuck” through gaining new awareness and creating action steps to get you closer to your goals. With ADHD Coaching, I help my clients (and sometimes the people around them) understand how their ADHD is impacting them through education and how to be successful moving forward together through clear communication and goal setting
