Transitioning to College with ADHD

Navigating the transition to college can be overwhelming, especially for students with ADHD. The SLAM Method is a comprehensive 6-week program designed by ICF and PAAC certified ADHD Coach Stacy LaMorte to equip rising college freshmen with the crucial executive functioning skills needed to thrive in their new environment.

This program goes beyond academics, addressing the unique challenges students with ADHD face in managing their time, resources, and personal well-being in a less structured setting. Through practical strategies and a supportive community, participants will gain the confidence and tools to not just survive, but succeed and enjoy their college experience.
